Valid Cases for Free Refund or Resend

We will offer free reshipment or full refund with zero extra fees only if your order meets any of the following situations:

1. Printed items arrive damaged or have defective printing quality
2. Wrong item delivered (incorrect pattern design, wrong product type)
3. Incorrect size shipped due to our mistake

Required Steps to Submit a Claim

1. Send clear photos that show the product problem, together with your order number to our support email: ahatheme@gmail.com
2. Wait for official confirmation from our support team before taking any further action
3. Do NOT send items back to the address printed on your package without contacting us first

Scenarios Where Refund & Resend Are Not Available

We cannot approve refund or reship requests under any of the below circumstances:

1. You picked the wrong size on your own
2. Package lost because you provided an incorrect shipping address
3. You dislike the polyester material of the product
4. You request to change order details or shipping address after goods are printed and dispatched
5. You send back items without prior email notice to our support team
6. You submit a claim more than 14 calendar days after delivery
7. Returned items are worn, stained, or missing original intact packaging
