Once your parcel departs our warehouse, we will send you an official tracking number instantly. You can check logistics updates and confirm the delivery carrier anytime via the tracking link.

Total delivery period consists of order handling time plus actual shipping transit time.Normally, we require 5 business days to process, pack and arrange your items. Combined with standard shipping duration, the overall waiting time ranges from 12 to 20 working days in total.

Kindly remind you that weekends and official public holidays are not counted within the above-mentioned delivery timeline.
